my uncle do know that i like to eat at unusual places with good foods, and he was bragging about this place being a hidden gem for great foods.
this eatery located at a small street and could easily miss it if you don't know the place.
there's no car park infront of the place and you need to park your car across the street.
there's merely eight table fits for two person on each table.
there's no air-con but the place but its not humid inside, i barely sweat when i eat here.
and no, they don't open in any another location to keep the authenticity of their foods.
one menu that my uncle really recommend is their bakut soup.
bakut soup is a marinated pork ribs soup, they cooked to ribs long enough to make the meat so soft you don't need to chew it.
they using herbal mixed with soy sauce as their soup base. quite similar to malaysian style of bakuteh soup.
the soup taste sweet and savory at the same time, the taste is quite addictive that makes me impossible to stop eating it.
other menu that i tried is their "go hyong". its a deep fried mince pork mixed with prawn covered in thin dumpling skin.
when you bite it, the fragrant of seafood will hit you instantly.
the texture is crispy outside and moist inside, dip it in soy sauce or vinegar will give you more depth to the flavor.
price wise, its quite pricey compare to other places; two bowl of pork ribs soup with rice, one go hyong and two sweet tea costed me IDR101.000.

i don't really know whether they open at night, because i came at lunch hours.
will definitely come back to try their other famous dish which is their fish head curry.
